Sometimes in life, we feel stuck...

...stuck in a feeling we don’t like, stuck in patterns of behavior we want to break, or stuck in our relationships. As a therapist who specializes in trauma, I support my clients in uncovering the root causes of stuckness so they can heal. I particularly love helping clients who feel hijacked by their nervous systems find freedom from these triggers and show up the way they want to in their relationships.
